Beautiful house - who wouldn't love coming home to this every day? Makes me happy just looking at it! Is the front porch flooring Ipe and, if so, what stain was used to achieve that color? Love it!

The floor is a product called "Thermory" which is a heat treated ash and the ceiling is stained clear pine.
