Hi, are you aware of what type of concrete sealer was used on this wall? I'm looking for a clear / matte sealer that will not drastically alter / darken the integral concrete color. Thanks
Were the wals cast in place or are they modular
I don't believe we sealed the exterior concrete on this project, but you can source a clear, flat sealer through www.brockwhite.com which we used on the interior concrete in this same project. Thanks for your interest. www.kbcdevelopments.com

What has been done to prevent staining by rust of the concrete?
We do expect some staining of the concrete over the years. However, due to the nature of the material (Cor-ten steel), a relatively dry climate and deep eaves we expect that the staining will be minimal. Cor-ten steel or 'Weathering steel' was chosen for it's nominal maintenance requirements and visual
relatively stable. Because of this we do not expect a continuous rust and ablation cycle that would lead to a more extensive staining of the adjacent concrete walls and walks.
