and one pendant over the sink. Thank you, Gayle
I'm recreating this kitchen. However I don't have enough budget to do hardwood in the kitchen. It's being done through a builder and I only have a choice now of ceramic tile. I don't know what colour
There is a smaller fixture above the sink. The one above the island is larger, yet it is tagged as 6''...does not look 6''. What is the width or diamete of the larger fixture. I am ordering
I'm having the same problem - a light kitchen (white cupboards, beige granite) but having trouble finding a nice brown ceramic tile within budget to provide enough contrast. Would love to hear suggestions!
I'm a fan of the lights over the island... I might switch out the ones above the sink and the door, personally. If you add a bit of that darker finish color in the room though I think it'll work just fine! :)

Where did you get the large basketweave tile for the floor? Is it ceramic, porcelain or marble?

2 full size sinks when you have two chefs in the kitchen. Great solution.
two big sinks. stove on island.
cabinetry creates extra food storage, while white subway tiles stay in line with the simple country feel. Countertop, cabinetry, sink, range, refrigerator: Ikea; backsplash: Heath Ceramics

Where on a kitchen island is best for a double sink?
Bonjour! The vanity was custom made from the original interior's structure and floor. The top is made with a ceramic leftover from another renovation project in the family. Hardware (handles and door metal panels) is from Richelieu: ....
light in there during day time. Fixtures (bath/toilet) are white. Counter surfaces (that you barely see in the picture) are made of very pale beige ceramic tiles, also brightening the interior. Three PAR-38 floods in the wooden ceiling light up the interior. Hope this is useful.
had their shop nearby at the time, using wood from the original floors and wall partitions. The top (which you hardly see here) is made of leftover ceramic from another project in the family. The door handles and mesh are from Richelieu.

Thank you! You're correct, it's custom bead board that wraps around the wall. The sink backsplash is made of the same material as the counter which is called Paperstone.

called Architectural Ceramics. The tile is called "Tarsina Sparagaia". When I Google this name, seems like you may still be able to purchase it online. Hope this helps!
Not sure, our client purchased this directly. I am sure you will be able to choose different variations of ceramic roosters online.
French plates over the sink and also the chickens on the island.
Love the decorative plates above the sink

cabinetry is all custom designed finished in painted maple with durable quartzite counter tops. Marble accent tile is displayed behind the range with grey ceramic subway tile for a hint of contrast. The floor is durable color body porcelain in large format to minimize grout joints. A TV is cleverly hidden behind
makes it easier so you do not have to carry such large and heavy pots from the sink to the stove. They can get heavy. After cooking some of the water will of course evaporate making the pot less heavy to drain in the sink.
