I am putting tile floor in a California
This is not tile- it is a material called magnasite which was used 1920-1950 in spanish colonial and mediterranean revival style homes. It is a composite material which is poured like concrete then shaped and scored to look like tile or stone.
Did PaveTile also make the stair treads? Hard to tell

The original wall was pink cement block from the 50's so we sheathed it all in plywood then clad it in leather tiles from Blackstock Leather in Canada. Easy to install and many color options... We used a custom color. Love their product!
