Well they are #2 red oak, 4in wide planks, nailed down on 3/4" plywood subfloor with the slab sealed in tar and plastic
Mahogany stain, then cut it with 1/4 Van Dyke Brown to take out some of the red. The floors themselves are real on site 3/4 think planks and are Red Oak.
