I like the sink - it looks like a wider, deeper sink than most standard bathroom styles. Where is it from?
What is the depth of the desk the sink was placed in?
A standard vanity is 20"-24" deep. If you have the space you could use the 33" desk but ensure you install the sink within a few inches from the front of the desk.
It is an old oak desk used as a vanity. The counter top is varnished oak. The sink is from Kohler.
Using an old desk for a sink vanity
love the wooden desk converted into a vanity.
An old teacher's desk makes a lovely vanity, and you don't lose any drawer space to plumbing fixtures
Desk used as a sink base
Old desk converted to a sink
standard vanity ranges from 18 to 24 inches. While you may find an old dresser that is that deep, any size piece can actually be used, within the confines of your space. If you are repurposing a larger and deeper dresser or vintage desk, like the one pictured here, make sure that you place the sink close

Could u share the width of the vanity? Also what lights did u use? B
Where did u get the vanity? Is it a converted dresser? Love the stone
This is vanity that we bought through the plumbing showroom, beautiful product- it's made to be a vanity, which is nice because dressers often are not deep enough to hold a sink and are unusual heights. The stone is sometimes refered to as Athens Gray. Hope that's helpful!
Sure, the vanity is by a manufacturer called Cole and Co. we bought it through our plumbing supplier.
Can you tell me about the vanity?
Love the chest made into a vanity in the little niche space
The mirror and sconces are traditional and glamorous. The dresser-style vanity adds a little quirkiness, and the Athens gray countertop is a modern touch. Wallpaper: Thibault; sconces: Currey & Company; mirror: Uttermost; vanity: Cole + Co.; towel bars: Restoration Hardware

Can you tell me the type of sink?
Love sink what size is it 16 or 18 round
I live in Chicago and would also like to know if there is anywhere I could find a vanity and set like this?
have the height off the top of your vessel + the height of the vessel (which the total should be the height off the counter-top. I just went to the vanity in my bathroom, put the tape off the wall (set for 8" away from the wall --- and I also have a 22" deep counter) and I was comfortable with 4" above
I am from Michigan and absolutely LOVE this bathroom vanity/mirror! My husband and I are building a home and would love this in our powder room. Any idea if I can find a similar piece around the area.
rendition of "oil-rubbed bronze" can be very different --- as well as the price. I hope this helps! Dan http://www.signaturehardware.com/bathroom/bathroom-sink-faucets/ballantine-wall-mount-bathroom-faucet-with-lever-handles.html

Color Floor w/vanity
Love the deep sink and vanity
I like the sink.. probably not realistic.
I love the old sink, and the lavender!
Another good sink - what's he price? Maybe for basement bathroom?
Tell a story. Find an old utility sink for the bathroom and convert a beat-up piece of furniture into a vanity. By continuing wood flooring into a powder room, it can feel as though a small room or closet was taken over after plumbing hit the scene.
