I love this type of roofing! It's more of a desert Arizona, New Mexico type of roof. Is it possible to get this roofing in Lethbridge? Im about to build a new house and we are going to customized it from top to bottom.
This tile looks very similar to an Antique handmade tile that we sell. You can contact me at 713-695-5002.
The roof is from www.redlandclaytile.com . I am not sure about severe cold weather but they will be able to direct you accordingly.
