Is ceiling design significant with regard to the room's acoustics?
Hi Jane, I designed the ceiling for visual interest only...It neither adds nor reduces the quality of the acoustics.

My husband and I are currently house hunting. I am IN LOVE with tray ceilings. I wanted to know the process of having this type of ceiling put into a home that doesn't already have one. Is this even a realistic option? if it is "doable", how high must the current ceiling be in
IS THIS CEILING PLASTER OR WOOD? IF IT'S WOOD CAN IT BE PLASTER? THANKS!
