This home in the exclusive Mt. Vere Estates is among the most beautiful in Greenville. The extraordinary grounds and gardens complement the equally exceptional interiors of the home. Stunning yet comfortable, every aspect of the home invites and impresses. Classic, understated elegance at its best
a new home and want that staircase as part of the design.. thank you!
for this home. However, I would guess it’s about 9’ entry door to arch x 7’ side to side.

in my home should I leave the window frames white or do they also need the combined treatment?
a new home and would love to see more of your work? Loved all the pictures in this loft. Thanks for sharing.
is it colonial casing, windsor you have in your home? Take a piece of cardboard or posterboard, paint it black and hold it up next to your trim so you can get the idea of how it will look.
urban decor uses large abstract artwork in place of a mirror and two striking ceiling pendants add to the mix. I like the edgy black and beige colors that you don't see together often.
to come home to a lit space rather than a dark one, a nearby table lamp may be something to try out. Typically, light bulbs used for lamps are a lower wattage than those used for ceiling lights, resulting in less energy used while you're away and the ambiance is a nice touch as well.

Colonial porches are elegance and grandeur
of the home dictates the orientation of the porch. Before the days of air conditioning, houses were ideally built facing south, so that they could benefit from winter light to heat the house while still capitalizing on the breeze and shade that's so necessary for summer.
to the home. I'm looking for something similar - if you can point me towards a good source, I'll be forever grateful:)

Martha O'Hara Interiors
Merilane Avenue Residence 2 Living Room
square foot home was built for a family who prized entertaining and wine, and who wanted a home that would serve them for the rest of their lives. Our goal was to build and furnish a European-inspired home that feels like ‘home,’ accommodates parties with over one hundred guests, and suits the homeowners
appeal. The homes antiqued chandeliers & light-fixtures, along with the repeating hues of red & navy offer a formal tradition. Of the utmost importance was that we create spaces for the homeowners lifestyle: wine & art collecting, entertaining, fitness room & sauna. We placed fine art at sight-lines & points
throughout the home, and we create rooms dedicated to the homeowners other interests. Interior Design & Furniture by Martha O'Hara Interiors Build by Stonewood, LLC Architecture by Eskuche Architecture Photography by Susan Gilmore
On the Screened Porch
southern home. Deep porches with high ceilings provide cooling shade to the home, and screens create functional outdoor rooms that can be utilized year round. A traditional haint blue ceiling, carriage lanterns and a deep porch swing complete this southern staple. Photography: Richard Leo Johnson
to the home. With their screened enclosures, these porches really serve as outdoor rooms — and this one definitely feels that way, fitted with cushioned rockers and even a coffee table with a potted orchid. Note the ceiling: It’s painted in traditional Haint Blue, a shade thought to repel wasps.
