long did this project take start to finish? Broken up into planning to building.
I have a Heat N' Glo 6000CLX propane fireplace which the build inspector likes better than a masonry fireplace on an existing deck. The
months to develop the design, produce construction drawings, and obtain the building permit. Another three months for construction. Six months total.
