LG House - Living Room Interior
I can type instead OC pecking on the iPhone. But...don't buy decorative products from the big box stores. The best metallic paint available to the public is Modern Masters. Metallics ate tricky to apply. It takes practice. Rollers are mediocre and a good hvlp (high volume low pressure) set up is expensive
is as follows: Ground Floor - 1000 SF +/- (1400 SF with attached Garage) Second Floor - 1400 SF (w/ additional living space over Garage) Basement Floor - 1000 SF Total Living Space approx. 3400 SF With side-yard setback requirements, the width of the house is 17' wide (outside corner to corner)
I would direct you to Resource Furniture who have many interesting pieces of furniture for small spaces that are actually comfortable and useful

centralized outdoor space focuses views and provides light into all portions of the reconfigured townhouse. A four-story steel stair was inserted into adjacent to the courtyard to link the front and rear rooms split on alternating levels. The first and second floors include the more public rooms of the house
Townhouse, built around 1870, had been used for a number of years as an office space and had fallen into disrepair. A previous Owner also sold the rear yard to an adjacent property, leaving the house without usable outdoor space except for a narrow areaway. The new Owners wished to transform the building

if there is a larger space, fill it with wildflowers and tall grasses & have a boardwalk going through it (start with a path, build a boardwalk
Consider a boardwalk. A boardwalk creates a unique experience with little impact on the land, since it carries visitors over and through the space. Construction is similar to that of a deck. A boardwalk can spark a relaxed and adventurous experience for the garden visitor, especially when it traverses
A mass planting of grasses flanking an unusual walkway fills a long space. It reminds me of walking down to the beach, but with a far more interesting boardwalk than you'll find at most public parks.

Muskoka Cottage
wouldn't be surprised to find it in a number of publications.
I am just the photographer on the project so really can't help you with details on the space. It's about the size of an apartment kitchen, if that helps. My guess would be around 4 feet walking space between the peninsula and the countertop?
you with the details on the space beyond what I recall. The designer is Belinda Albo Design Studio. Perhaps if you were to ask her she could be of assistance.
Penny, I am just the photographer on the project, and as a result can't help you with the sourcing on the space. The designer is Belinda Albo
I have attached another view of that space for you. Hopefully it helps answer your question. Beyond that, I can tell you it was designed by Belinda Albo Designs, (You can find her on Houzz at: ...). Perhaps she can help you further.

into a single unified space. StudioLAB was challenged with the task of converting the existing arrangement into a large open three bedroom residence. The previous configuration of bedrooms along the Southern window wall resulted in very little sunlight reaching the public spaces. Breaking the norm of
light infiltration. A concrete office cube was designed with the supplementary space which features walnut flooring wrapping up the walls and ceiling. Two large sliding Starphire acid-etched glass doors close the space off to create privacy when screening a movie. High gloss white lacquer millwork
storage. LED Cove lighting was utilized throughout the main living areas to provide a bright wash of indirect illumination and to separate programmatic spaces visually without the use of physical light consuming partitions. the fireplace wall is approximately 15 feet and the length of the family room up to the open wall at the kitchen is 16 feet. A nice size for a family space.

6. Create relaxed spaces. Relaxed and approachable interiors inform your children that they can actually relax in their home. Color, relaxed fabrics and fun accessories indicate that your home's public spaces are for kids, too. This will go a long way toward establishing a sense of belonging and well-being
