on the fireplace and how was it iinstalled? (Looks like concrete panels?)
Is the material/design on fireplace Tile to look like concrete or concrete panels. I didn't see a "concrete"
"concrete" answer to this questions previously. I want this exact look on my wall with gas fireplace, but not sure where to buy or get this. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this project needs to get underway quickly. Thanks!
The fireplace panels are actually concrete panels that are simply the under layer
saw the concrete panels, we liked them so we kept them as it. They are a type of fibre board that are impregnated with concrete. Hope tha helps. They were never meant to be seen!
to be concrete, its a technique called "Board form" This look was traditionally created by casting the concrete walls for the house using plywood. 2Stone just released our new "Board Form" line of tiles. They can be created in any size ( we just made a 4'x8' sheet for the exterior wall of our studio)

love this fireplace! Who made this and is it available?
I have a brick fireplace two stories tall. I want to cover it with stained glossy finish cement, but I want to have a space to drop tv wires and then support a tv above the opening. Is this possible?
, the concrete is not stained. It is the natural color.
we live in seattle who did the work for the fireplace?

This fireplace was created by forming and pouring concrete over the existing brick veneer. It is about 4" thick and the lines you see are from the form work joints. We intentionally limited the amount of vibrating when pouring to allow there to be air pockets in the finished surface for more character

Fireplace - concrete formed by ply which is then removed, leaving the imprint of the wood.
The concrete’s texture on the towering fireplace comes from an old-school board-form process from 200 years ago, Collins says. Various sizes of plywood are stacked up, creating a form that’s then filled with concrete. Once it has hardened, the boards are ripped away, exposing the grain of the wood detail

The concrete above looks like it could have some Black Oxide in it but it could just be the lighting. Today you can have almost any color with concrete. Bright red, deep blue, titanium white, to jet black. Any fabricator can order pigments that match to Benjamin Moore's standard palette. I'll attach
pictures of a fireplace that was secured with straps. The color is the natural grey of Portland Cement. Regards, Vincent Cathcart VC Studio Inc. vince@vcstudioinc.com
