The fireplace panels are actually concrete panels that are simply

Could you please tell me what material and maker of the wall surrounding the fireplace? Thx.
Beautiful!! What would i call that design if i hired a concrete guy to do this on my fireplace?
A qualified concrete subcontractor should be familiar with the board form process, so that's all he may need to know. It is poured in lifts and the grain/texture of the boards are imprinted on the concrete for an interesting modern/industrial feeling. Good luck
