Is the material/design on fireplace Tile to look like concrete or concrete panels. I didn't see a "concrete" answer to this
What is the material on the fireplace and how was it iinstalled? (Looks like concrete panels?)
this questions previously. I want this exact look on my wall with gas fireplace, but not sure where to buy or get this. Any help would be greatly appreciated
The fireplace panels are actually concrete panels that are simply the under layer that were installed
when we saw the concrete panels, we liked them so we kept them as it. They are a type of fibre board that are impregnated with concrete. Hope tha helps

The concrete subcontractor for this project is Rivera Concrete - they did a wonderful job.
A qualified concrete subcontractor should be familiar with the board form process, so that's
poured in lifts and the grain/texture of the boards are imprinted on the concrete for an interesting modern/industrial feeling. Good luck with your project
