this is Connecticut Bluestone, set in a random, natural patttern on a concrete base, with mortared grout joints. I do not think taht you could attain the variation in shape, subtle color variations and texture with stamped concrete.

Hi, We are building with a concrete floor and drywall (vs. plaster) and don't want baseboards. The walls are curved at the doorways. How did you transition the walls to the floor? Can you make any suggestions for duplicating your process with drywall vs. plaster

It does look like acid etched concrete. Make sure you find a reputable company with good references if you want this treatment done. Very important the type of concrete and how and when the surface is treated and then neutralized. Susan Mills
