Can you have underfloor heating with polished concrete floors?
to the concrete slab with some sealer. If you run a floor grinder over the surface you can start to expose the aggregate. That's fine unless you want the mottled look of the cream from the top layer. The sub-stairs are a continuous monolithic pour - pretty much what you'd do for a typical concrete staircase. I don't have access right now to the construction drawings, but I believe the nosing overhangs by about 4". The ends of the

Is the concrete sealed or polished?
