What's the material for the outdoor kitchen? How about its framework?
Is that wood that the outdoor kitchen is constructed from-if so what kind of wood to withstand the elements? Is the frame metal or wood? If wood, any concern with heat from grill? is it vented? Countertop

The entire outdoor living area is roughly 15' x 40'.

architectural practice in Australia we always use natural stone and finishes whenever we can. They are timesless and last forever. desired an outdoor space that felt more rustic than their refined interior spaces, but still related architecturally to their house. Is there venting for the outdoor grill under the enclosed roof?
builder (there are other more important reasons we went with this builder none the less.) Does anyone know what the approximate cost is on this patio cover? Just the cover....not what is on the ground. I would probably want cover to have a similar tile roof to match the house for zero sunlight
such an arbor, make sure that you consult with a structural engineer, as different wood types have different structural span tolerances. Also, the connections between the beams are very important. just now
