Could you tell where the back wall of the fireplace is from?
How did you create the patina on the copper? Thanks!
We used thin brick from Robinson Stone in Dever on the main walls, and Patinaed copper sheeting to create the patch work effect on the face of the fireplace. The mantle is a steel beam.
Maybe as the back of the barback -- copper and rivets.

Chugging in Your HomeToughen up. If you didn't notice, "steampunk" has the word "punk" in it. So the style should feel gritty, raw and hard edged. Copper and bronze are your friends. Embrace them.

CopperIn this project's marine environment, the copper used to clad this outdoor fireplace chimney will change with time — from bright to bronze and ultimately to verdigris. This natural oxidation process forms a protective patina of copper sulfate. As it ages, this surface will gain depth and color

Love the copper panels. Where can I order them?
How do you prevent the copper from tarnishing? Did you coat it with something? If yes, what did you use? Thank you.
No coating. The copper has already weathered in this photo - and will continue to weather, eventually turning verdigris.
I like the metalic material used on the back wall
This perforated metal woven wall is spectacular. Note how the entire space plays with horizontal lines, and how the lighting enhances the space.

12. Make geometric wall art. Forget paying for a huge art print or a blown-up photograph; you can create your own supersize wall art for a few bucks. Use colorful paper craft tape, copper tape (available at hardware stores) or paint to create a pattern on a blank wall. Just remember to map out
space better than a horizontal design, and don’t be afraid to go large scale. This painted-on design is eye-catching, but hanging a patchwork quilt or wall hanging would achieve a similar effect.

What color is the wall between the two rooms?
How much does the hammered copper farm sink cost?
Hi debnt, If you choose copper, you'll find it is amazingly easy to maintain! Hammered copper is particularly simple since it doesn't show fingerprints as stainless steel or shiny copper does. For basic cleaning simply use a mild soap and warm water. Keep your copper product clean and dry by wiping
wiping it down after each use with a soft cloth. Harsh abrasives or copper cleaners should never be used on our products as they may affect the finish. For extra protection, a product such as Flitz Faucet Wax+ may be applied. But don't just take our word for it! Check out this previous houzz discussion
