Eagle Harbor Cabin
how much does this harbor home cost to build per sq ft?
about our Eagle Harbor project. My office policy is to not give out specific project costs in order to protect the privacy of my clients. However, I can tell you that our projects in general have a construction cost between $325 and $450 per square foot.
Cabin is on the shore of Lake Superior). The milled pattern is a "1x4 tongue-and-groove" and we used a lower grade (C or D grade) in order to save cost and make the space more informal. --Nils Finne

considering having a window but am concerned about venting issues, what was your solution?
Please, who made the window over the cooktop
larger rooms 5m x 8m giving cavernous feel. Preformed roof trusses for low angled pitched roof, cord forming ceiling joists. Unable to remove cords for cost, engineering and local council restrictions. Looking at ways of creating more space (height) without completely rebuilding. Loved some of the ideas
Is there not a problem with the window sitting at countertop height, with that cooktop there?
