That's right. It is a Roman shade in a cotton canvas, with a black out lining. Very economical. Best of luck to you on your project!
This looks like a sturdy cotton or cotton blend fabric - and probably lined with black out lining.

name/number. The fabric is cotton velvet - there are a lot of mfrs. that offer similar.
I found these chairs in 2000 - reupholstered them at the time in a Bergamo velvet. Not sure it is still available and I've lost track of the pattern name/number. The fabric is cotton velvet - there are a lot of
question. They are actually vintage chairs I found at a second hand shop. We had them stained with an ebony stained and upholstered in a Bergamo cotton velvet.

Regretfully, custom pieces upholstered in COM (customer's own material) silk or mohair velvet do end up being pricey. Using a chenille or a cotton velvet can bring the price down tremendously. And if you can source your own fabric, paying a designer to source it for you becomes unnecessary. But
It is a navy cotton velvet.
