Try thinking about linen shears…. they work with anything…. soft light filled. I'm attracted to window coverings that do not shut out the light…. Shears catch the light and fill the room with quality soft light….and give complete privacy in day or night.

I like the stone and textured walkway
Not a style that belongs anywhere in the NW. I like how the first floor detailing gives a sense of an inverted cloister. Substituting for the "covered walk" that is typical of the cloister, are a series of double doors that are able to open up while be protected by the second floor overhang.
