Are the windows bronze aluminum or vinyl?
Where did you get the decorative iron accents that are above the windows on the right side?
What are the dimensions of the windows to the left facing the door? Also, is that an 80" or 96" door?
@catpal70 Yes, you are correct. Casement windows can have a crank or they could be push-out casements, which don't require a crank. Where can I get these windows and door in the New Orleans area?
Are these windows available in insulated glass?
I am thinking about replacing some very ugly 1970's bay windows in my home. These would be just the thing. I'd like to put a door in with windows, much like your
dining room but will become a library. The windows and door would open to a private outdoor reading area/garden.
love these windows/door. Who makes it?
Does anyone know of an Australian supplier of these windows? Preferably in Victoria! Thanks so much
What type of windows/doors are these?
hi there, love your design, would love to know who is responsible for the steel/iron doors/windows ? thank you so much.

Kinetic walls that become roof planes; windows become sunshades.
Good use of roof---watch out for bugs!
gears that use a small amount of force to lift up this large window. Kinetic walls blur the distinction between building components. Walls become roof planes; windows become sunshades. This ambiguity punctuates the surprise one feels when a window wall rotates to become a roof.

Can you please tell me who made the window?
How much does a window like this cost? It is amazing!
Design invented a large pass-through window that slides into the wall with the wave of a hand; no crawling onto the counter or straining one’s back while cranking required.

the window out to the back yard
window over sink really open window--also for cupola
okay just thinking, blow out window, close in door...note island shorter than counter top

straining one’s back while cranking required. The gallery wall is full of the kids’ artwork in Ikea frames for easy updates. The table is custom; the chairs are vintage. Von Hartz and Fitzgerald had the chairs stripped and bleached, and covered them in a blue-black Naugahyde. See the window in action

Honestly, I'm looking for a ballpark price on windows?
What was the Approx. cost to bump out & finish this space
Already have a large window in place & space to go out in my kitchen. Would like to consider adding space like this
What is the window material? Manufacturer? They are lovely!
Are any portions of the windows functional (open out or in)? Do you think they are suitable for replacement in a low rise condo?
Where did you find the windows?
what kind of window covering would you use for privacy?
I have wood windows. Could I paint the windows a deep charcoal grey (blackish) on the inside and keep the wind

What is the white material used to cover the bay window??
I'm also interested in the material for the bump out as well. Thanks!
What is the white material made of that is used on the bump-out? Is it maintenance-free or does it need to be painted?
I'm pretty sure the trim used on this house is Fiber Cement. I'll point out that I always recommend using "smooth" fiber cement as opposed to textured. (Ironically, I feel the smooth is actually much more authentic..) The panels

Love the bump out with farm house windows. Consider putting dining in the bump out.

The kitchen addition connects with the rear green space and floods the room with natural light through large horizontally banded, counter height windows. Formaldehyde-free painted cabinetry with countertops made of resin coated recycled paper are easily maintained and environmentally sound. Photographer:
I notice the window is close to the countertop, how are the electical outlets placed on this side of the kitchen?
Could you tell me more about the windows? How they open? Who makes them? Thanks!
All the kitchen windows are by Loewen, and are aluminum clad wood window units. There are 3 primary units comprised of a large fixed picture window above or below 2 operable awnings. Each awning has a hand crank operator, located at their bottom "sill". The 3 units

I love the window seat. Was that part of the renovation project? I want to have a window seat put in my new home. Been trying to come up with ideals of how to make it all work out and blend in with living room
wood and finish on windows, trim, and cabinets
what is the wood and finish used for the windows and trim? and the cabinets? Thanks

What are the dimensions of the room and the window seat? Thanks!
roughly 18' (window seat to opposite wall) by 15' (fireplace to wall behind couch). The window seat is designed to accommodate a twin mattress. The seating area is 3' wide by 6'-8" long. The built-in bookshelves at each end of the window seat add a couple more feet to the overall bump-out. I hope this
