I noticed the fan you have installed in the ceiling. We have a steam shower and I find myself having to clean the travertine tiles/grout so often and we leave the shower door open 24/7. Is the fan the only thing you need to keep a steam shower free from mold/mildew?
against mold the upper window tilts out allowing the steam to escape after use. That is why we installed a second fan right outside the shower door.
You should consider purchasing mold remover from Italian manufacturer Fila. All our customers are happy with the product.

a good idea of how springy and flexible cork is. Its shock-absorbent structure translates to comfort underfoot—a real boon in spots where you spend long periods standing, such as in a kitchen or home gym. (That also means dropped glassware or china has less chance of shattering.) Plus, it holds warmth
fends off mold, mildew, rot and pests.
Fans of cork adore its natural variations in tone and texture, which create a richness and depth that even the best manufacturers can’t replicate. If you’d rather go bold, cork can be dyed or stained any shade that suits your fancy.

Love the idea of wallpaper or fabric in a panel, instead of all over. Great colors, too. Perfectly bohemian, just don't like he cold couch. I would opt for velvet, and I'd ditch the black & white pillow
Love the idea of a wall paper scene on top of the molding int the dining room
Could get molding from hardware store to make this less expensive.
VERY COOL idea to paint each floorboard its own color, keeping the palette similar. I saw something similar done with plywood cut into strips then nailed into the subfloor. I could go with 2x2ft squares of plywood nailed to the subfloor, each painted in a slightly different color.
tique molding can be applied to any door or window frame. Take your door or window measurements with you to the salvage yard to find pieces just the right size.
a new idea when it comes to your window treatments.
