type of drain is in the shower? Infinity drain? How does the water not seep out under the glass door?
Wondering about how to achieve this seamless shower stall? Do you have to create a slope in the subfloor? I know about Infinity Drains, but can't wrap my head around how to achieve this look. Thanks
Infinity Drain has some great pieces and clever drain styles. The use of the drain in this bathroom is so smart and enables a cleaner look. For advice on the different styles and types of drains feel free to contact us or visit our showroom. We offer both Infinity Drain and Easy Drain. Focal Point
shower floor is flush with the bathroom floor, but starts at the glass panel to slope 1/4" per foot towards the back wall. That's where you see a linear drain. To accomplish this detail the sub-floor had to be lowered by several inches in order to install a standard shower pan (waterproofing). I hope this

5. Get the drain right. Setting the drain requires a lot more than just dropping it in somewhere in the middle. Many drains have zero room for adjustment, and getting them perfect requires exact planning. This drain is made by Schluter Systems and offers up a little wiggle room in final position. Not
plumber position the drain pipe close to, but not exactly in, the finished position until after you and your tile installer determine the best tile layout for the shower. A shower will need flood testing, so this work will be checked later.

How is the tub be placed flat on a drain run so that mildew, odor (from standing water) and mold do not form on the back side (against to the tiled wall) and around
How do you appropriately float the wet area floor to assure draining but have the tub on a flat surface?
contractors regarding how to correct - their concern is keeping the free standing tub on a flat surface but still making the wet area appropriately drain. Help.
How was the drain pipe from the tub waterproofed through the membrane? If you don't know. Do you have info on the tilesetter that did the work?
Thank you for your question! There are separate drains. If you are not working with a designer, we would also be glad to provide you with a consulation if that would be valuable. We want your space to

area? What is the height of the tile floor above the wood floor? Is there a slope for drainage? Is the tub on a flat surface? Is there a linear drain behind the tub also? Love it! thanks!!
Is the vanity custom? Thank you
Hi rglane, the vanity is custom.
The nice thing about wet room edge drains is you don't need an over flow drain. just a bottom drain. It works best if the drain is on the low side of the room, but the base can be adjusted to drain the tub completely
