This is a custom cover system. The fabric is a fiberglass vinyl coated open weave.
It is available from several mills. Same as used in furniture for mesh chairs etc.

table was custom made- the top was finished by a local wood worker here in sf, while the base was existing concrete legs cast into the floor- so the table cannot be moved. I would recommend finding a local wood furniture maker who could help you resource a good wood slab and then finish it for you.
