“Hi. The floors are mahogany and the stain is a custom batch that was more trial and error than anything else. I don't think anyone wrote down a formula. I am not sure what the color or the trim is, but I know that walls are Ben Moore Paladian Blue.”
“The floors are mahogany. The stain is an "off the cuff" blend dictated by the homeowner, and I'm guessing no actual record is in place.”

“not have floors like this! Moved into a house with espresso maple floors. We have a cat, dog and three kids. Our old house had old fashioned oak floors. They showed nothing. These show every footpring, paw print and dust! Will not do it again!”
