like the flooring sheen and island (but too long?) Desire more of a natural dark wood than grey

Like the dark cabinets below and the big counter. Would want lighter cabinets above
in to the dark-stained timber floorboards beneath. A black glass splashback and reconstituted stone benchtop in a waterfall-edge profile also help to give this kitchen a subtle contemporary look that won’t date.

stained in walnut or Black Japan. In this kitchen, the dark floors make a dramatic statement along with the rich, dark cabinetry, bench tops and stools.

Love the floor. Please let me know how I can purchase the exact ones. Color is exactly what I'm looking for.
Are the real hard word floors or laminate?
Love this house! Do you happen to have a floor plan to look at? Thanks
If you go to a regular flooring distributor not a hardware store you should be fine.. Look for a company that deals only in flooring or get a person who is laying the floor to tell you where it can be purchased from....have a look on the google website and black timber flooring as this is where I got
This could be what you call a floating floor...site on top of the concrete slab. I have seen it done in a black paint and then lime washed over the top to show the grain...that looks stunning... Have look on google images at black timber flooring ...there are stack of them...have given you one
We are looking at cherry floors. The stains we have applied either look too red or they look dull and muddy. I want a very dark floor but my husband still wants to see the grain. Your advice would be appreciated. Thank you so much
this is the struggle we're having. We both want a dark wood floor - I want the floor to show grain - I much prefer the grain pattern of walnut to oak but it needs to be dark enough to please him and light enough for it to offer suttle difference to dark wood island (espresso tones) I'm putting in kitchen
I can't seem to attain a dark, ("washed") walnut tone that offers me the variation I need. My builder and flooring specialists are recommending oak.....which for me is less "formal" looking and doesn't compete when it comes to grain pattern. HELP!!!! ?????

Where can I find the flooring? thanks!
Hi Jennifer, unfortunately we do not have access to the floor manufacturer, if you are located in Vancouver we recommend using Frontier Flooring http://frontierflooringservices.com/
please tell me the name of the manufacturer of the floors - very elegant!
Dark concrete floors - brownish black
white open floor plan; table decor
Love the dark wood/ white combo
dark color - contrast with white furniture
I like the dark floors but the walls need to be white
The black and white color scheme is also a good way to unify one big open floor plan or loft space.

Stunning floor lamps. Where can they be purchased plz . . .
actually covered with a dark purplish-bronzish vinyl wallpaper. It is so beautiful in person and has a bit of a metallic sheen.
The wood flooring is by Provenza Fine Flooring. This particular one is part of their Infusions line and the wood is infused with a very dark purple. It is spectacular
It's wonderful, isn't it? It is a custom infused wood from Provenza Flooring. If I remember correctly, this color is "Purple Haze". It is so nice in person. Peg

bath upper floor area? What is the height of the tile floor above the wood floor? Is there a slope for drainage? Is the tub on a flat surface? Is there a linear drain behind the tub also? Love it! thanks!!
is the bathroom floor the same as in the bedroom floor in the other picture? I have spent time looking at these pics and on BR111 If this is the company that does these engineered floor than do share the name . Or builder Pro double
What is the material used on the floor here??
Is the raised floor where the tub sits sloped to the back wall? If so, how is the tub set properly and level? Does the channel drain run the whole length of the space?
Prefinished wood flooring with an engineered base of Baltic birch or similar will have greater stability in humid environments like bathrooms. This floor would be easy to emulate with any number of stain brands. I would suggest looking for a plank flooring supplier like us and do a consult

Can you tell me the color/style/etc of the wood floors? That's exactly what we want!
they were done badly and wrong) and he didn't get them dark enough. I understand it needs 2-3 coats. Hoping for an almost black look with some texture still. This floor is amazing!!!
This was not a new floor. This was an 80-year-old, white oak floor to start. We do not know the brand of stain used, although it was "ebony" in color.
Urgent help/question. What is the brand and color used? We have to have our floors totally refinished (only 3 months ago they
