Do these planter boxes drain directly onto the wood decking, or is the water somehow directed to flow between the boards? Just wondering if deck rotting is a concern. Thanks!

How is the structure under the deck made up to allow water to escape and not drain into the living space below
roof is sloped to scuppers on the edge of the parapets and drains to downspouts. The liveroof system sits on top of this and freely drains. The decking is built on tapered PT sleepers that are cut to fit the slope of the roof below.
