I have a similar sized powder room and wanted to use a semi-flush or small chandelier instead of over-the-mirror wall sconces similar to this photo. Would you suggest placing in middle of ceiling or over sink? My sink is right next to the window. Thanks! Love the colors of this powder room!

If that’s the case, consider swapping out your desk for one that blends into the room’s current scheme. This unit boasts furniture-like shelves decorated with interesting knickknacks, which distracts the eye from the hardworking function of the desk.

What do you like about this photo? fireplace and use of stone
The glass countertop is very unique and the color goes so nicely with the rest of the decor. It's nice that the fireplace can be enjoyed on both sides and it's low maintenance.

Thank you for your inquiry. The homeowner contracted the stone work themselves. If you share this photo with your mason, they will be able to build similar - fieldstone risers with bluestone treads.
inquiry ~ unfortunately the homeowner chose this with the contractor. You can easily find a similar bluestone tread at a granite yard. Take this photo with you as a guide ~ best of luck!
