One of the tags on the photo is "resin wall" so I wonder if it isn't a slab. It looks like an enormous geode. Beautiful.

Yes this is a blown up pic behind acrylic by an artist as mentioned on a previous comment. There is real agate slabs now available on the market and shown in high end showrooms which is quite beautiful on floors , around counters or as countertops or vanites

Have it printed on vinyl paper by a professional printing company once you find the desirable image. Graphic designer can help in finding the right resolution image and dealing with the printing shop, they are able blow it up to any size. Example, Italian restaurant printed gigantic panorama mural of Island Capri photograph. Made a stunning focal point behind the bar.
