Robbi, what are the green star shaped leafy plants in with the hosta?

I believe the plant is sweet woodruff (Galium odoratum). It's a fast growing ground cover for shady areas and works well hostas and ferns. Tiny white flowers appear in spring and last for about 3 weeks. I hope this helps!
