Recaptured Charm Hi
This valance was made for me. I looked all over but could not find anything similar to what I wanted. I had a very talented lady sew this up for me. I simply gave her some fabric and a drawing of what I envisioned and she brought it to life for me.

Porsche Jackson Is this just two rods, one at the top and one at the bottom, and then draped over to create the look of a valance? Very nice!

Recaptured Charm The only rod I used was at the bottom. The top is affixed with Velcro to a piece of wood about 1inch x 1 inch. Screw the wood to the frame then stick or staple Velcro to it and then Velcro the top piece of your fabric nice and flat to the wood. The rod is measured to fit the exact width between the cupboards. I used a long screw from the inside of the cabinets to outside and right into the hollow rod. I hope you can make sense of it. If not email me at ageless63@aol.com and I'll try to explain better.
