Need help with painting the wood trim of my new house!

All the trim on the 2nd floor is white.

On the 1st floor, the bottom wood trim and frame wood trim is natural.

However, the windows are white and the top molding is white.

Need help!

Does my house have identity issues?

I can't believe I am saying this (I love white trim usually) but I find in this space that bit of wood trim looks nice I would leave it.

I like the idea of painting it white for continuity.
