Three Bathrooms in the house using same tile and cabinet combination?

Is it good idea to use the same wall & floor tile and the cabinet combinations for all three bathrooms, when building a new house

I wouldn't personally do it if I was building and I could choose anything. Look at at what they just did in a showhouse.

You might paint the same cabinet profile different color for a kids bath, select some coordinating tiles, . . .

It would lessen the number of design decisions needed. If there is a master ensure, it could be treated differently for morexample upscale feel.
