Hello - We purchased a 1970 home on a beautiful property but the home needs updated. The doors, casings, and trim are dark through out. The doors are very nice solid wood and I don't mind the color but the trim still needs replaced.

I'm struggling with what color wood floor to choose, as we are replacing the flooring in the entire house. I'm afraid dark floors might be too much dark, but thinking the light maple would not look right with the dark doors and new white trim. Any advice welcome!
