Need help with Master Suite design

I am seeking some help with design of master wing of our new house.
I have not been able to come up with anything that we love so far.
I would like to have a seating area against windows in bedroom.
We have made a place for treadmill and exercise in back of closet.

I do not like how the doors come together from hall to bedroom to bathroom.
Would like to try not to have the door in center of wall between bedroom and bathroom.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I would love to see someones ideas or any links to something that would help me out.

Thank you in advance.

One solution I see is sliding your vanity down to where the door is located now and put in a pocket door leading to your bathroom near the garden tub. Then you can flip the door leading into the bedroom from the hall the way it should be. Or, you can split the vanities and put a .double pocket two hinged doors between the two. Once again freeing up the corner where you enter the room from hall.

Good! These should be close to scale, but the dimensions are difficult to read. I drew the bedroom, bath and closet to get the layout.

If you did a more traditional shower enclosure -- something with a door, you could gain more space.

I would arrange your space this way (below). Allowing for a sitting area, and still providing an ample master bath and walk-in shower. The walk-in closet is rearranged to improve storage

Depending on the overall size of the house. This master bedroom addition is more proportional for a house with at least 3000 sqft.

Tawni -- we need your input. What do you want in this space? What's good and bad about the designs proposed?

I apologize for not getting back to this sooner. We were put on hold for a bit.
To answer a few questions...
This house is ~5000 sqft.

I like having the door from master bedroom to bathroom located more toward the outer wall rather than close to the hallway door.
If possible, we would like to have a walk in shower, enclosed toilet room, and single long vanity.

I have attached a sketch made up of your ideas as well as a few pics we found on houzz.

I would love to hear any thoughts on this design and see if it works when put to proper scale.

Thanks for the help.
