Need help designing a 17 x 12 Living/Dining room combination

Moving into a condo and am trying to find out what size couch/sectional would make sense in this size space. Ideally, the couch/sectional would be used mostly for entertaining/lounging and the occasional overnight weekend visitor(s). Attached is the floor plan as well as a few pictures to help visualize the space. If space permits - would like some sort of dining table to fit as well.

Look into the loft/apt. sized flex or bi-sectionals whose chaise portion can reverse from left to right for ease of arranging or rearranging.
