Love the cove lighting

Love this whole house! We are doing a similar ceiling detail and I am trying to look closely and see what you did here. Is it a shelf that holds the LED strips which then shine up onto the crown molding? Does the crown also have LED strips within? Any details would be so much appreciated. Beautiful work. How thick is the crown - is it the same 6" thick molding that is in the rest of the house? Where is it from?

Hello and thank you for your kind words! What you are seeing here in the image is a light cove just below the crown molding, about 4 inches in depth to hold the LED strips. The crown molding is about 7 inches thick and is the same as the crown in other rooms. We hope this helps, and good luck with your project!
