Can you please tell me what the purple plants are? Thankyou....
 
shamber It looks like Nepeta Walkers Low Catmint for the light purple and the darker purple looks like May Night Salvia.

Koreman Landscape Company I agree. Nepeta 'Walkers Low' is a wonderful perennial. The bloom time is considerable long and it establishes full growth potential quickly. Th Salvia 'May Night' is hardy.

Hosannah Cousineau I thought they were called lupine. I do not know if i spelled that correctly but I am from Maine & we used to read a children's book @ 'The Lupine Lady' & that is what the flowers look like.

amymahar lupine are much much larger with fewer spikes. the leaves are tough and more gray green.
