Get a close match to the tile or lighter, for grout color. Try the new glass infused grouts with glass tile! I used it with my glass backsplash & love it.

I'd go for a gray-ish white. Nothing absolutely white since the contrast may be overwhelmingly apparent, but maybe a light gray/almost white color which can be seen in your countertop material?
