Custom cabinetry - built-in wine rack

We just bought a house and the cabinets in the breakfast room came with a built-in wine rack (see attached picture). We had painters paint all of the cabinets and, in the process, they broke the wine rack (see "after" picture for what remains). We need someone to build a wine rack to put back in this space but the shape and installation would need to be customized. Any thoughts on who we could work with for this type of project? We live in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.
