I agree with Gina. Light grey siding, white trim and black door. The white trim will really pop.

Gray and white is a classic combination and looks great. Do spend the money to replace the pillar on the porch with a white column and if the budget allows perhaps one with some stone that coordinates with your gray siding. As for the the front door a wooden door is a gorgeous option, but they aren't cheap. You can get a fiberglass door that is meant to be painted and finish it in a wood look. You can find lots of pics and articles that show you how. Good luck it will be awesome!

Yes lighter colors are cheaper and i do want to replace the siding. We were even thinking of white siding with black shutters and red door ?

I too was thinking red door, however that's sort of the joy of front doors, with neutral siding and black details, a pop of color for the door can change the whole look, and depending on your mood, it's easy to change as often as the mood strikes you... I like the black door, or red, or even cobalt, but definitely go with the gray, white, black theme, classic and cost effective (and a great base to work from for future updates!)

We do not use the front door, the back is the entry. So not sure about doing a walkway to the door.

I find it interesting that your driveway is grass. Even if you do not use the front door, a walkway leading to it will give your house a finished, inviting look.

Our driveway is on each side of the house, it goes around the house to the back. And the garage is not used. We have more garages in the back which you ain't seeing.

What color siding would you suggest with black aluminum roofing. And where you see the garage door will be replace by a window for a bedroon. And also on the right side is an indoor pool which we will tear everything up.
