Which mirror do you think will be most appealing for my bathroom?

Found this great design on Houzz (Bathroom Renovation) and I'm duplicating it for my main bathroom. My bathroom is slightly bigger than this one but very close to the same in terms of lay out. But in mine, the toilet/vanity positions are swapped as compared to the pic shown here. At the end of the vanity (the right side of the vanity when facing it) is another wall with light switches and the door leading to the hallway.

I wanted a floating vanity but wifey chose this one in the wenge brown color http://www.atgstores.com/bathroom-vanities/fresca-fvn8148-trieste-48-in-bathroom-vanity-with-mirror_g1049014.html. That vanity comes WITH a mirror that is 47.25-in W x 25.5-in H x 6-in D, but I think we should use a custom mirror that measures 47.25W x 60H, having it go all the way to the ceiling. What do you think works best in this small bathroom?
Go with a custom mirror 47.5W x 60H that goes allthe way up to the ceiling
Use the mirror that it comes with: 47.25-in W x 25.5-in H x 6-in D

They both are nice. It really depends upon the style the both of you can agree upon. My opinion only? I think the glass shower door & the mirror-to-ceiling are too much glass. Prefer the mirror that goes with the vanity.

Thank you M Rene Designs: Because this is our main bathroom and it's quite small (though bigger than the one displayed above) I was hoping to make the space appear larger and felt the effect could be achieved with the larger mirror. I did not once consider the possibility of it being potentially "overkill" so I do appreciate your opinion.

Full height mirror looks more contemporary.
