Some outdoor lights on either side of the garage doors.

Depending on what you want to spend, you could add gables with windows on the roof to improve sunlight inside the garage. As you suggested replacing the doors can improve the appearance.

(Cont. from above) You could add additional details like pillars and trellis for those big roses of yours, like the two on the left above. You could add a second story hobby room, apartment, studio or workshop...

Two coach lights, adding metal hinges and handles on doors looks nice. You could paint the doors (and shutters) a deep grey, so the hinges stand out. A trellis on the larger wall on the left or an arbour across the top. Large pots with evergreens, boxwoods or flowers.
