I have a 3brd TH without a walkin closet. i would like to transition the room into a chic dressing room with shelving and storage space for clothes/accessories/laundry, small seating area, and maybe a small chandelier.A small bright circular area rug with seating in the middle of the room and built-ins along the wall was my originally vision, however, I want the room to be easily transitioned into a bedroom again when Im ready to sell the house. I will also need help with the window treatment. Another idea I had was to create some sort of graphic illusion with the window. Maybe have a white shade painted with an artistic design and placing a bench seat under it. I havent seen anything like that before though. Painting the walls is also an obvious need. Please point me in the right direction to start.
