construct a corner wall without pillar on first floor

I need to construct a corner wall without pillar or column ,on the first floor of the building , to extend an already existing room. The height of the wall to be10-11 ft. How can it be done. Will it be strong enough. The extension will be inside the house , not on the outer walls.
