Couple thoughts...
1. You may not be able to install a pocket door behind the dryer. Gas, electric and venting are likely to be issues.
2. The refrigerator being across the room, and in line with a traffic walkway could be an issue depending upon a number of factors: How often will that walkway be used, especially when preparing a meal, whether you have children, how many cooks will be in the kitchen space, and how often that will happen.
3. You want the space between the cropped corner of Laundry and the island to be sufficiently sized to allow two people to comfortably walk past each other.
4. It appears you've allowed 43" between the sink and island, which can work, but it will definitely be a ONE cook area.

Ya, the pocket door will stop before the laundry space. Is only one cook, hopefully is sufficient.

It would probably be really helpful for you if this space was drawn to scale. It looks like there is more room in there than what is drawn. Best of luck!

It looks efficient. Do you need the angled wall of laundry area. The room seems so small ,could you have laundry behind closet doors instead to open up that space? Just a thought.

Ya, I agreed the laundry room is small. I worried the space is not enough to squeeze both dryer and washing machine, so need to face to door. As this laundry room is in the center of the house, the brightness will be minimum, I will use the sandy glass door instead of other opaque materials. The room beside laundry room actually is helper's room but I not going to use it as I not going to take in any helper.
