What are the room dimensions-from bar stools to fireplace?

I would like to know the dimensions of this family room. I am designing my new home and our kitchen/hearth room is set up exactly the same as this home. I am curious about how much to leave for walk space behind the bar stools and how much to leave in front of the fire place.
