Freestanding induction range?
beanishApril 27, 2012
I am thinking of replacing our '60s electric cooktop and wall oven with a freestanding induction range. Any suggestions for brands? Also, does it require special electrical, and what about venting? It would be against a wall, with no cabinets. Any suggestions appreciated.

Yes, I just purchased by luck a Bosch 30" wall oven and 30" induction on sale at Lowes 25% off + more and it was less than a single range. You have to watch them and home depot for sales, but both are wonderful. Check your pots for induction you may need new ones. I wanted the induction for a particular reason and to get the wall oven was a bonus.
