What are the white flower trees? do they lose their leaves in winter: are those holly's or boxwood?

Koreman Landscape Company I am not sure what the tall flower trees are, but the short bushes appear to be boxwoods.

Glenna Partridge Garden Design The tall plants are standard roses. If you in a zone that has winter temperatures that fall below freezing the plant will lose it's leaves. You would prune the top (round ball) just like you would prune any other rose.
