what material is used to create this wainscot style? 1 or many boards?

i like this more modern than the vertical wainscot however have seen many different types nickel gap separate boards etc but this looks like it would be easier to clean and is a continuous piece can you tell me what and where i might be able to find this type of finishing?

The wainscoting was created using individual boards. Each board was custom fabricated to create a flush overlap with a small gap to allow movement from differential temperature and humidity levels. The WinsorOnevboards are primed on all sides.
