Hi there,
our living room is an open plan L-shaped large room with lots of light. I am happy with the dining area. The sitting area where we also have the tv/wii/radio is not my favorite place. The sectional sofa is too far from the tv, so we bough an extra loveseat (which is really comfy!). Moreover, I would like the fireplace to be more of a focal point, with the furniture arranged symmetrical around it. I have collected some ideas but I would love to hear yours. I post pictures of the room, so you will have an idea of my style and the space. Mind you, this is a LIVING room, I have a husband and two boys... The sofa will be replaced within a year, but I have to work with the two red chairs...
